Description
Country Home Products is looking for a Catalog Merchandise Manager to oversee all non-core product in the aftermarket DR, Neuton and Sunward catalogs and websites, as well as work with DR product managers and engineers to manage the parts and warranty business for DR Power Equipment. This position is involved with sourcing, procuring and positioning products for the aftermarket catalogs and web, and works with vendors on pricing, terms, and inventory, and with the creative team on catalog and web layout. This position is also responsible for providing training assistance for new products. Occasional travel required for vendor and trade show visits. Excellent communication and organization skills required as well as solid experience in Windows, Excel and Word. E-mail: jobs@drpower.com Education and Experience A degree in business or related academic field is desired buying and/or merchandising experience with a hardlines focus background in lawn and garden, outdoor living, or outdoor power equipment experience with direct marketing strategies, tactics, buying, assortment planning and performance metrics and analysis experience in buying for a mail order catalog and/or e-commerce business.
