Description
Factory Retail Store Manager – Vergennes, VT. location DR® Power Equipment is the worldwide marketer of the DR® and NEUTON® brands of outdoor power equipment. We are seeking a Factory Store Manager for our store in Vergennes, VT. The right candidate must be experienced in the key aspects of retail store management including sales and operations management, merchandising and product displays, and business reporting. Additionally, you must possess strong interpersonal skills for providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction as well as providing Team leadership to the Store staff. Knowledge or experience with outdoor power equipment is preferred. If you have these skills, then we eagerly await your resume. Job Requirements: Experience in retail store and business management, supervisory or Team leader experience, product merchandising, and face-to-face customer service experience. Strong technical, conceptual, and interpersonal skills are a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Access or other POS systems is needed. Education Requirements: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university, or at least three years related training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
