Vermont Panurgy Inc. Position Title: Training and Network Services Sales Representative Date: January, 31st 2010 Position Status: Full-time/40 hours per week Pay Status: Salary Exempt Reports To: President Vermont Panurgy Inc. (Panurgy) has been providing skills that make businesses work for more than 25 years. Panurgy is home to the Panurgy IT Department as well as the Panurgy Learning Center. Our skilled technicians and experienced trainers help businesses reach their full potential. Job Summary: The Training and Network Services Sales Representative is responsible for driving profitable growth by selling the services and hardware which Panurgy provides. Essential Functions: • Work with all departments to maintain two-way communication to constantly strive to promote positive company image. • Make 80-100 calls a day to businesses, schools and agencies throughout Northern New England in an effort to obtain a face to face meeting. • 5-7 face to face meetings per week. • Building relationships by leveraging our various state contracts. • Keeping current on networking, training and IT services initiatives in assigned territory. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas, both financial and activity. • Follow up on marketing campaigns. • Participate in strategic brainstorming with groups and supervisors to both support and grow the business. • Track, record and follow-up with clients once work is completed. • Relay any potential service problems that may arise affecting customer satisfaction Requirements and Qualifications: • 1-5 years professional experience preferably in technical and training environment, or technical sales. • Bachelors in Business, Education or other technical degrees, preferred (Other majors are welcome to apply) • High energy, passion for excellence, and ability to work both in teams and independently • Superb customer service skills as position involves interacting with a myriad of people daily • Must be self-confident professional who possesses the highest levels of honesty and integrity • Must have valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites
