Description
Gosnold seeks a Director of a 50 bed detoxification and short term rehab program. Responsibilities include program and administrative oversight; the delivery of services in accordance with established polices and procedures, staff supervision, and monitoring of the physical environment in accordance with JCAHO standards.
The successful candidate must have experience in the management of inpatient addiction treatment services; demonstrated ability to supervise and provide technical support to staff; ability to assess, plan and implement program operations; knowledge of regulations affecting service delivery; and experience working with managed care organizations.
Masters degree and addiction certification and/or licensure required. Also, at least five years of progressively responsible program management experience. Excellent benefits.
