Description
The Collector is responsible for collecting donations and other receipts for the Church, counting them, depositing them into the appropriate bank accounts, and recording the monies received on donor records. In addition, the Collector maintains pledge records, sends out quarterly statements showing records of giving, and resolves issues on the pledge records as they arise.
This is a part-time position involving two-three days per week for a total of 12-15 hours. Schedule can be adjusted to accommodate candidate's other activities.
